CRUISES - TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. By
making your purchase, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not
agree to these terms & conditions, please do not make your purchase. Regency
Travel Cyprus reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or
remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check the terms periodically
for changes.
In order to enjoy your
mini cruise from Cyprus, please read the following
terms thoroughly, our company can not be held responsible if customers have not
read and understood our terms & cancellation policy.
Payments
FOR THE 2-DAY CRUISES TO EGYPT AND
ISRAEL: At least a €35.00 per person non-refundable deposit is
required in order to enable us securing & confirming your cruise booking. The
remainder balance has to be paid at least 7 days prior to the cruise date.
However - if you wish - you may proceed with full payment, at once. (View below
our cancellation Policy and refunds)
FOR OTHER CRUISES:
At least a 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to enable us securing
& confirming your cruise booking. The remainder balance has to be paid at least
30 days prior to the cruise date.
However - if you wish - you may proceed with full payment, at once. (Scroll down for cancellation Policy
and refunds)
As soon as we receive your Booking request we shall email you together with
other information, availability, breakdown cost and an approval booking code.
Then you may:
SUBMIT
THE SECURE PAYMENT FORM or if you prefer not to send your credit card's data through the internet
simply dial direct: ++ 357 25 320 905 and give us your payment instructions by phone.
As soon as we receive your remittance, we shall email you a receipt -
confirmation, within 24 hours. NEEDLESS TO SAY, YOUR CREDIT CARD'S DETAILS WILL
BE MAINTAINED STRICTLY PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL.
Cancellation Policy:

FOR THE 2-DAY CRUISES
TO EGYPT AND ISRAEL: Cancellations
made up to 7 days prior to the cruise date: Full refund. (except the deposited
amount of €35.00 per person) Cancellations made from 7 -
1 days prior to the cruise date: Pay 50% of the total amount. Cancellations
made 1 - 0 days prior to the cruise date: Pay 100% of the total
amount. No show: Pay 100% of the total amount.
Note1: If you have paid more than €35.00 deposit per person and
you wish to cancel your booking up to 7 days prior then the difference amount will be
refunded.
Note2: If you are cancelling your booking from 7 - 0 days in
prior, the company
reserves the right to bill your credit card with appropriate
differences as above mentioned. If you do not show up, the company
reserves the right to bill your credit card with the full amount.
Note: If you have paid more than 25% deposit and you wish to
cancel your booking up to 30 days prior then the difference amount will be
refunded.
