Regency Travel Cyprus reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check the terms periodically for changes.

Regency Travel is an established inbound tour operator that can offer you the best rates and satisfy all your Cyprus holiday accommodation needs professionally and efficiently.

The information and photos featured in our sites are accurate to the best of our knowledge and based on the information given to us from the owners of the hotels, hotel apartments and villas. We will endeavour to make your holiday in Cyprus as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and deal with any serious customer complaints but can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies to the information given.


    To confirm your booking a minimum amount of 35.00 (Thirty five Euro) non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder balance will automatically be charged to your account (unless otherwise pre-instructed) 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK IN DATE.

Cancellations before arrival

    1. In the event of cancellation made at least 7 days in prior there is no charge. (except the deposited amount of 35.00) If you deposited more than 35.00 (Thirty five Euro) then the difference will be refunded.

    2. In the event of cancellation made 7 - 1 days in prior, a cancellation fee equal to 3 nights of the accommodation will be charged to your account. Difference will be refunded.

Cancellations on arrival

    An equal fee to 3 nights of the accommodation will apply in case that the accommodation booked does not meet  your expectations and you wish to cancel it. Difference will be refunded.

Non show

    No show customers are NOT entitled to any refund


    Any complaints regarding your accommodation should be made to the hotel's management directly. In the event that customers are not satisfied then they should contact us immediately. Complaints received after quests departure will not be accepted.


    The official accommodation night starts after 14.00 hours. e.g. If you are arriving in Cyprus on the 2nd May at 01.00 a.m. your starting night should be the 1st May.


    The official accommodation night ends 12 noon the next day.

Minimum Accommodation

    We accept bookings with minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights.

Changing of a confirmed booking

    Changing the date or even the status of a confirmed booking is not always possible, however every effort will be made in order to comply with your request, at an extra administration fee of 10.00 (Seventeen Euros) per change, except:
    (1) in the case of additional nights.
    (2) in the case of additional service booked with us (e.g. airport transfers, car hire, cruise, excursions etc)

    All customers are subject to the internal rules of the hotel booked.
