Booking Terms
Blue Water Bay is a small village consisted of private
holiday villas, located in Protaras coastline. The location is ideal for your
Cyprus holiday. There are many restaurants & bars, supermarkets and other amenities, just
a few meters away.
The lively center of Protaras is just 5 minute drive and Agia Napa is less than
10 minutes drive away. A serene bay, located directly in front of
Blue Water Villas features a sandy beach with crystal waters, indeed what all
of Protaras is famous for.
PROTARAS RESORT is one of the most beautiful and fertile areas
of Cyprus. With clear blue waters and white sandy beaches, it has become the
most famous Cyprus holiday resort. The area is
characteristically dotted with numerous windmills which are still used for
pumping precious water to the fertile red soil fields of the area.
VILLA ACCOMMODATION
All villas (30) have an open plan ground floor and 2 or 3 bedrooms, one of
which with en suite bathroom. Fully air conditioned and built to the highest
standards, they come with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
SERVICES
All necessary bed linen including bath robes is provided and with respect of
your privacy, housekeeping service is provided once a week. Additional services
are available on request.
FACILITIES
All holiday villas are fully furnished and equipped with all modern
appliances such as colour TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dish
washer, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all
necessary kitchenware. Additionally, guests can enjoy the facilities of all Aqua
Sol Hotels in Agia Napa and Protaras (some restrictions may apply).
There are 4 types of Villas:
1) MAGNOLIA: 2 bedrooms with2 bathrooms, 100sq. meters covered area.
2) ORCHID: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 133sq. meters covered area.
3) ORCHID SUPERIOR: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 170sq. meters covered area.
4) JASMINE: 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 200sq. meters covered area.

Minimum stay is 7 consecutive nights.
Above prices are for self catering accommodation.
Breakfast and/or other meals are not included.
Cleaning & linen service.
2-bedroom villa price is for max 4 persons and has 2 A/C units, one in each bedroom.
3- bedroom villa price is for max 6 persons and has 3 A/C units, one in each bedroom.
Extra camp-beds can be added either in the living
room or in the bedrooms, upon request.
Official accommodation night starts 14.00 hours and ends 12 noon the next day.
