Cyprus villas
Confirmation: To confirm your villa booking a minimum 30% of the total
cost is required (Non refundable). The remainder balance will be automatically
charged to your account (unless otherwise pre-instructed) 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK
IN DATE.
Cancellations: Cancelling your villa booking up to 30 days prior,
there is no further charge.
Cancellations made 30 - 0 days in prior are not entitled to any
refunds.
Non show customers are not entitled to any refunds.
Minimum villa accommodation: We accept bookings with minimum stay of
7 consecutive nights.
Check-in: The official accommodation night starts from 14.00 hours.
Check-out: The official accommodation night ends 12 noon.
Self Catering: Holiday villas are based on self catering accommodation
and do not include any meals.
Air-conditioning is optional extra and paid direct to the owner, upon
arrival.
