THE PROGRAM 2009 - FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER

04.00a.m. - Our drivers will transfer you from your hotel to Larnaca airport
07.15a.m. - Departure to Israel
08.00 a.m. - Arrival at the Ben Gurion airport Tel-Aviv, meet with our guides, receive the breakfast pack and star the tour.
10.00a.m. - Arrival to Jerusalem and start the sightseeing from the Mount of Olives and the inner old city with highlights of Via Dolorosa and the Holy Church of Sepulchure and the bazaar.
12.30 - Lunch at a Jerusalem restaurant
15.30 - Departure from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea and on the way enjoy the drive to 1400 feet below the sea level.
16.00 - Arrival at an organized beach at the Dead Sea where time will be allowed for the attempt to swim in the Dead Sea waters.
18.30 - Dinner at a local restaurant and time to see the Dead Sea worldwide known cosmetic products.
20.00 - Departure for the airport.
21.00 - Arrival at the Ben Gurion airport for check in and time will be allowed for duty free shopping.
23.25 - Flight departure for Larnaca airport.
00.30 a.m. - Our drivers and escorts will be waiting to drive you back to your hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES

European, Australian, American, Canadian & Russian citizens do not require visa entry to Israel but all (except for Europeans) need double (or multiple) visa to Cyprus.

We pick up from/to Protaras, Ayia Napa, Larnaca & Limassol hotels. From Paphos hotels there is extra charge of €60.00 per person (minimum 2 persons) Those wishing their own transport to Larnaca airport should be there 2 hours before departure.
Exact pick up times will be advised upon booking confirmation.
Times specified above are indicative only and can be changed according to the group tour development.
Be aware of security check at both Larnaca & Ben Gurion airports.
No luggage will be taken, besides a small hand-bag with your swimming gear.
Thing to carry are restricted by known airport regulations.

As soon as we receive these details, we shall email you an approval booking code, together with total costs and request for payment. In order to enable us securing & confirming your booking, at least a €35.00 (Thirty five Euros) PER BOOKING initial (non-refundable) deposit will be required. The remaining balance will be charged at least 23 days prior to the trip date. However, for your convenience and peace of mind, you may proceed with full payment at once. For refunds & cancellation policy, please read below.

As soon as we receive your remittance, we shall email you a reservation confirmation within 24 hours!

rt CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made up to 23 days prior to the trip date are subject to a full refund - except the original 35 Euros deposit (€35.00). Any difference already paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made 23 - 2 days prior to the trip date: Pay 50% of total. (any difference already paid will be refunded).

Cancellations made 2 -0 days prior to the trip date: Pay 100% of total.

Non show: Pay 100% of total.

REMARKS

We reserve the right to cancel or change the date of the flight with or without notice. In this extreme case all confirmed bookings will be notified and refunded.
